Kid to Kid is not your typical resale store. We help families save money by paying cash for gently used kids' clothing, toys, shoes, equipment, and more, then making those items affordable for the next family. We're looking for a motivated Supervisor who is ready to take ownership, lead by example, and help drive the success of our store.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
- Help manage inventory through merchandising, markdowns, and sales-floor organization
- Coach, motivate, and support a team of 20–30 employees
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist with daily store operations, opening/closing, and achieving sales goals
- Lead by example in a fun, fast-paced retail environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Passion for fashion, resale, and sustainability

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
